BANGLADESH’S COMMERCE MINISTER TIPU MUNSHI TESTS COVID-19 POSITIVE
Commerce Minister Tipu Munshi has been tested Covid-19 positive.
The minister received his coronavirus test result from the capital's Evercare Hospital (formerly known as Apollo Hospitals) on Wednesday afternoon, Md Abdul Latif Bakshi, public relations officer of the Ministry of Commerce told .
Tipu Munshi will get admitted to the hospital soon, he added.
However, Latif Bakshi could not tell when the minister gave his samples for coronavirus test.
Number of VIPs growing among Covid-19 cases
"The minister gave samples once before Eid. But he tested negative that time," he further said.
